Correction Rules只能追加纠错事件: 不得覆盖原动作审计日志或原回滚包，只能追加 correction event。保留 digest 链: 必须保留 auditDigest=6721f94d4c94... 与 rollbackDigest=23925e83cfdc...。不触发公开副作用: consumer=asset-map 的纠错只能进入治理预演，不发 BBS、不改地图、不持久化 AI。
